Every genealogical research project is unique, and needs and means vary from one client to another. That's why the CHAHBAZIAN office adapts to your needs. During an initial meeting, whether by videoconference, telephone or face-to-face, we discuss the direction you wish to take and define the framework for our collaboration. Following this discussion, a detailed estimate is drawn up by the Genealogy Office. Once the quotation has been accepted and the contract signed, there is a 14-day cooling-off period. Once this period has elapsed, the genealogical service can begin. We keep our customers regularly informed of the progress and results of their genealogical research. At the end of the project, a final report is sent by email to the customer after payment of the balance. Fees vary according to the time required to complete the research and draw up the genealogical report. In the course of the research, if additional research approved by the customer proves necessary, an additional estimate may be drawn up. If travel is required, additional costs will be invoiced. Prior to any intervention involving costs, the CHAHBAZIAN firm will validate the approach with the client.
