Personal Data
Within the framework of its services or via the contact form on the armgen.net website, the CHAHBAZIAN Genealogy Office collects personal data concerning the customer (title, surname, first name, company name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail). This data is used to manage genealogical services (to send the customer quotes, invoices and information required for the service), as well as for marketing purposes. The data collected is processed by the genealogist and stored securely for the purpose of providing the service described in these terms and conditions, and in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The person responsible for data processing and protection is Laurent LE GUYADER, 26 Promenade Henri Vincenot, 77600 Bussy-Saint-Georges, etude-lgc@armgen.net. The data collected will not be communicated outside Étude CHAHBAZIAN.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. These rights may be exercised by contacting the data controller at the above-mentioned postal or e-mail address. Personal data is kept for five years after the end of the current year. If at the end of this period no commercial relationship is established, the data will be deleted from the genealogist's files. However, once the customer has placed an order, and even in the event of a request to delete an account, the genealogist is obliged to keep the personal data appearing on invoices and order forms for 10 years from their date of issue (article L-123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Visit cnil.fr for more information on your rights. If, after having contacted us, you feel that your “Informatique et Libertés” rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
